Where a fare changes before payment is completed, the current fare at the time of issuing applies. We will always confirm the amount with you before proceeding.

A booking is only confirmed once it has been issued and confirmation details have been sent to you by M'Ree Travels.

Enquiries, quotes and calculator estimates are not confirmations and do not hold a seat, room or fare.

Held reservations carry an expiry set by the airline or hotel. Once that time passes, the reservation is released automatically.

We will let you know the deadline attached to your reservation so it can be completed in good time.

Passenger names must match the travel document exactly. Please supply names, dates of birth and document details as they appear on the passport or ID.

Corrections after issuing may attract airline charges, and some airlines do not permit name changes at all.

Changes, cancellations, refunds, baggage allowances and no-show rules are governed by the airline or hotel that holds the booking.

M'Ree Travels will always explain the applicable rules before booking, and will assist you in dealing with the provider where a change is needed.
